The company’s founders bring decades of business, benchmarking and change management experience from hundreds of different companies, in dozens of industries. The company specializes in identifying and eliminating the various obstacles that all small/medium sized business suffer.
Triumph Business Solutions focuses on *implementation*. We analyze each company's strengths and weaknesses through interviews, process mapping, and in-depth analysis. We analyze reasons that past implementations may have failed. We identify barriers. Then we push through or eliminate these barriers to achieve each business owner's goals.

WHO WE ARE NOT
Different companies have different needs, resulting from their unique experiences. Because of this, it helps to know who Triumph Business Solutions is not, in order to determine whether or not our company is a good fit for yours.
We are Not High Pressure Sales People: Other companies use fancy salesmen who tell you "the world will end soon" if you don’t follow their marching orders. Do you want some fancy salesman exploiting your emotions so they can "meet their numbers"? Do you want to work with a sales and marketing company disguised as a consulting company (like some others)? If so, we're probably not a good fit. Triumph manages and implements change.
We're NOT Suit-&-Tie Binder-Makers: Some companies are apparently in the business of printing high priced, cookie-cutter binders with substituted names and logos. If this is what you're looking for, Triumph is probably not your solution. We work "in the trenches" with the owners, managers, and employees, providing *tools* to overcome each company’s barriers-to-implementation.
